The Chain Trolley Lubricator utilizes the company's patented PurgeX® pump technology to deliver
precise amounts of lubricant to chain pins and open-faced trolley wheel bearings on overhead
conveyors. A unique benefit of the unit is that it attaches directly to a beam via clamps and
requires no machining to a beam. This means it can be easily integrated with the existing conveyor
system and installation time is minimized. The Chain Trolley Lubricator greatly reduces friction
and extends conveyor life while reducing maintenance costs. It also minimizes operational and
safety problems that may result from inadequate lubrication such as erratic conveyor operation,
excessive noise and danger to product and personnel.
Environmental savings and cost savings are two important features of the Chain Trolley Lubricator.
The PurgeX® pumps contained on this unit deliver lubricant to critical lube points with remarkable
precision, eliminating the potential for over-lubrication. The tendency to over-lubricate has led
to problems such as material contamination, clean-up expenses and environmental contamination. These
types of problems will be eliminated with the Chain Trolley Lubricator.
Inherent to overhead conveyors system is fiction and excessive wear. Surging or swaying is a common
result from worn or under-lubricated trolleys. This type of movement is unsafe and can cause possible
injuries. The Chain Trolley Lubricator minimizes wear through the proper and precise delivery of
lubricant to critical areas of the conveyor, thus reducing erratic movement and the possibility of injury.
Also, the lubrication is automatically delivered, eliminating the need for manual application.

injury.
